At the 2nd visit for a filling, Samantha recognized my anxiety & was very sweet & reassuring. I moved from Boston and have been looking for a new dentist. Lucky me I found this practice from one of their advertisements. I went for my first time to the office for a cleaning. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk, to Dr. Holcroft's assistant, to Dr. Holcroft himself, to the Hygienist Sarah who did my cleaning, to the women at the check out...ALL exceptional!!! Dr. Holcroft took his time and was very thorough and shared his professional opinion with grace, his assistant was very thorough taking images and making sure I was comfortable, and Sarah was exceptional at the cleaning. Extremely thorough. The best experience I have had trying a new place and I will 100% be coming back as my primary dental office.

I've had a few fillings done by Dr. Holcroft (he's 10/10), and I’ve never had any problems with them. Sarah (another 10/10) is my go-to person for teeth cleanings—she’s super skilled, careful, and always takes the time to explain everything I ask about. They are very transparent with pricing and insurance coverage, and I’ve never had any issues in that regard. There’s never any pressure to do a procedure unless I’m fully on board with it, and they are always so kind and professional. Holcroft dentistry is the best dentist I've used in my 60 years. I was embraces from 8-18 so I have visited many offices many many times. This staff are kind and caring and Dr. Holcroft is kind, professional and never judges. This to me is most important as I have health issues that have put my teeth on the back burner for a few years. He is helping to bring me and my mouth to perfect health with a kind and simple as well as affordable plan. I can't recommend this office enough.

Been going here for a little over a year and I'm very happy with them. This last visit was to have a permanent crown placed and to have fillings in several front teeth. The crown fits perfectly and is beautiful. Looks like a real tooth. The front fillings are also excellent and look so much better than before. Wonderful service and so professional.

I had an emergency situation with an extremely loose implant tooth. I was out of the State when it started getting loose. When I got back I called the office at 8:15 in the morning and explained my concerns. The staff said hold on and then said can you come into the office right away. I have only great things to say about Dr Holcroft and his staff. Dr. Holcroft let me know every step of the way what he was doing during my lengthy procedure today which kept my mind at ease. Today I also hit the jackpot having Gina assist Dr. Holcroft. Many years ago Gina assisted Dr. Holcroft when I was a patient and she continues to be the kind, personable, skilled professional that she has always been. The great ones only get better with time. I have two or three more visits in the near future and I hope Gina is available on those days. I will make my schedule around hers.

I have been going to this practice for more than twenty-five years; they have done my veneers twice since I was seventeen. I fell and chipped one while out of town, and they were able to get me in the very next day and patched my veneer PERFECTLY. The bedside manner of Dr. Nick and the hygienist Sarah made me feel so calm and confident that everything would be okay! I wouldn't trust anyone else.

First time at Dr. Holcroft’s office for a cracked tooth. They were friendly and quick. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Gaby the doctor’s assistant made me feel at ease as well as the doctor. I was out in about an hour with no more toothache! I will definitely be going back. My prescription was put in before I left and was ready to be picked up right after. They made it as quick and painless as possible.

I was referred to the office by my sister who is an assistant at Holcroft’s Sara. Sara took my x-rays and did an amazing job, I then had a cleaning by Sarah who also did a very thorough job. Finishing Gina and Coby did a great job putting my treatment plan together and I also saw there interactions with other patients who were there at the same time as me. I was very pleased ! I am happy my sister is part of this great team!

Good Morning All, My experience with DeAnna at Holcroft Dentistry was perfect. She always alerts me by saying what is happening next during the cleaning process. She does a thorough cleaning and makes suggestions as to things I can do that will continue to make my gums and teeth healthier. Dr. Holcroft and the staff are friendly and make me feel comfortable every time I come to the office.
I was referred to Dr. Holcroft by my Periodontist. My consultation was Monday and on Tuesday Dr. Holcroft took care of two cavities that I had. I can't say enough about Dr. Holcroft and everyone that works there. Professional, kind, caring the list goes on. After only two short visits I feel like family. Dr. Holcroft was great! Explained everything, even as he was working on me. He took great care of me. I would highly recommend Holcroft Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. There is a new office manager Gina, she is always very helpful, and I'm happy to see her back again! So typically you will see reviews from the patients, but this review is something special. While I am considered a patient at times. I actually work for Dr. Holcroft. I can tell you he's a great dentist, but if you're a current patient you would already know that. What you don't know is what a great leader his is for his team, and how much effort he puts in behind the scenes. I think that goes a long way. I also want to give recognition to Diana our hygienist that has been with us the longest, her dedication and passion for dentistry is proven each day! Sarah, our other hygienist, who just cleaned my teeth on Thursday did an amazing job! Her warm spirit and singing always brings a smile to everyone around! Next, I have to mention Samantha, my main sidekick! She handles all of our insurance. It's a tedious job, but she's always a ray of sunshine! Plus she finds the best music to keep us all lively! Let's not forget the stars of the back office! Tori and Shelly are Doc's assistants, you won't find better anywhere else! They are always so sweet and patient! Let's be honest, most of you hate visiting the dentist! These girls really know how to make everyone feel comfortable. Very humane, empathetic and professional team. I enjoyed my visits to them, but what I will always be greatful for is how they took care of my mom, who visits with me couple of times a year from abroad. She is not ideal patient to them for more than one reason, nevertheless they took care of her the best way they could. My mom said her teeth never felt this clean!! Dr. Holcroft has been my dentist for many years. Historically, I am sceptical of dentists, as many upsell services or fix "cavities" to increase profits, have poor chair-side manners, or painful. I spent many years dentist-hopping before I found one I was comfortable with. I have a condition several dentists have wanted to fix. All I heard were dire health warnings if I ignored it. The procedure is serious and expensive. During my first visit, Dr. Holcroft told me the condition was not threatening my health or the cosmetics of my teeth and the procedure was my choice. My condition is low-hanging fruit for less than honest dentists and Dr. Holcroft has never exploited it out of honesty and ethics. His position has spoken volumes of his character. I also live in Martin county and have plenty of dentisits closer. I highly recommend him.

Which definitely makes it a nice place to walk into. He does a fantastic job on my teeth. Never in any pain when he does his procedures. He is very thorough about what he does never had to come back for something being wrong with what he had done to my teeth. Sam has been my dentist since our first meeting in BNI Networking lunch group in 2006. Three years ago he did two caps for me, after sending me to a local colleague for two root canals; because of Sam , and his very caring staff, I no longer cringe about going for dental work, as they are now more like family. This has been my go to dental office for the past 4 years. I always refer my friends and family here because Dr. Holcroft and his staff are the best. I visited a few weeks ago! Marsha welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Soon after, John called me into the room and got me situated. This office is the cleanest office that I’ve ever been too. I waited for a few short minutes and John took my X-rays. Easiest set of X-rays I’ve ever done. Usually the assistant has to take my X-rays at least 3 times to get it right, but he was able to do it in one try! Dr. Holcroft came in shortly after and we began my procedure. I didn’t feel any pain during the 45 minutes I was in the chair. Dr. Holcroft did a wonderful job to make sure I was comfortable. As soon as the procedure was over, John walked me to the front and set me up with my follow up appointment. Marsha checked me out and I was on my way. The best experience I’ve had!
